We accept online orders using the Add to Cart button. You can also call us personally to order at (928) 284-9626. For questions about an item or if you are purchasing internationally, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (928) 284-9626.
We accept payment from all major credit cards – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover — and PayPal through our shopping cart or over the phone with credit card. Over the phone orders are limited to under $100. Unfortunately due to fraud concerns, we don’t allow payment via check or money order.
Most domestic orders are sent via USPS Priority/Insured Mail and typically arrive within 2–5 business days of shipping. A tracking number will be provided for all online orders following payment confirmation. If you require faster service or would like to use a different shipping provider, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you.
All shipping rates are calculated live based on your shipping address. We will waive shipping charges when your total is over $150.00 when the order is placed online.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please contact us if you would like your items shipped out of the United States. Current rates are not indicative of the actual costs for international shipping and insurance. We will verify the actual amount before your order is processed.
We accept product for return or exchange if returned within 14 days of the shipping date.
We request that you notify us immediately at (928) 284-9626 if you decide to return your products.
After we receive your returned product, you may have:
- A full refund (minus shipping and insurance charges)
- Store credit for future purchase
- An exchange for the value of the item
